The Farmyard Is Open Year Round!
Thank you for your patience and support throughout our renovation! After months of hard work, our new and improved Farmyard is officially open YEAR-ROUND, and we’re so excited to welcome you back.
Come visit your favorite Farmyard friends—including goats, sheep, cows, horses, pigs, and more—in our beautifully renovated barn. Enjoy meeting the animals, riding our miniature train and carousel, and playing a round of mini golf (Daily attractions update listed below)
And there’s even more to discover at Lambs Farm! Enjoy a homemade meal at our cafe, grab a Famous Butter Cookie from our bakery, meet adorable rescue pups at our Pet Center, and explore our other shops.
We’re still making improvements throughout the Farmyard, so thank you for bearing with us as we continue to enhance your experience. We can’t wait to show you what’s new… and what’s still to come!

When operational, attractions close for lunch from 12pm-12:30pm. All attractions close for the day at 3:30pm.
Hay Bags: $1 per bag
Feed cows, llamas, goats, sheep, and horses!

Farmyard Renovation FAQs
How many animals are there?
We have over 100 Farmyard friends, with some animals available for feeding! Hay bags are available for $1. While the goats in our Petting Area are not fed by guests, they love attention and brushing.
How do I book my visit?
Our staff is ready to welcome guests daily at the admissions building. For added convenience, you can now purchase admission in advance online by clicking here!
Are there bathrooms?
Yes! Bathrooms were included in Phase 1 of our renovation project and are one of the new features we are most excited to offer our guests!
Do you have new animals?
Not yet! Our resident animals are still settling into their new homes, but we will keep everyone updated on any new arrivals coming to the Farmyard.
What attractions do you have?
In addition to visiting with a variety of animals, guests can play miniature golf, ride our iconic miniature train, and go for a spin on the Old World carousel. These attractions were refreshed during renovations. We recommend calling ahead, as operations may vary depending on weather conditions.
What else can we do at Lambs Farm?
There is so much to see and do while supporting our mission of creating opportunities, connections, and shared possibilities for people with developmental disabilities. Across the street, guests can enjoy a delicious meal at our Café, shop for beautiful plants in the Greenhouse, meet rescue pups at the Dogwood Garden & Pet Center, browse unique finds at the Cedar Chest Thrift Shop, and pick up sweet treats from the Sugar Maple Country Store & Bakery.
Field Trips
Field Trip reservations are now available for September 1st and beyond. We are happy to announce that Field Trips are welcome year-round with our updated facilities. Thank you for your patience and understanding—we look forward to welcoming you soon!
