Community Employment Services
Lambs Farm is an excellent source for mutually beneficial and innovative employment programs
Individual Community Employment
Through an individualized approach, the community employment program meets the staffing needs of local businesses while providing rewarding employment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities.
Lambs Farm employment specialists provide on-the-job training and follow-along support to ensure high-quality job performance. Tasks are analyzed, training procedures are implemented, and support is provided until the employee can independently perform the job. Lambs Farm participants can work in a number of industries including customer service, food service, shipping, administrative assistance, janitorial, assembly/packaging and more.
Supported Employment Program

In today’s workforce, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find employees with a high work ethic and who enjoy coming in to work, but that is not the case with our associates from Lambs Farm. They come to work with smiles on their faces and are genuinely happy to work. They always work to the best of their abilities and consistently try to make customers happy.
