The next participant in the spotlight for Disability Employment Month is Teo!
Teo proudly works at Sedgebrook, where he helps keep areas throughout the facility clean and welcoming for residents, guests, and staff. Since joining the team, Teo has made great strides in his ability to work independently and confidently, and he takes pride in his responsibilities.
Teo tends to be on the shy side, but his job has helped bring him out of his shell. Staff have loved watching him become more outgoing with his coworkers and comfortable in his role.
Most importantly, Teo is eager to go to work each day! He walks into his shift ready to tackle the day and leaves with a smile. His enthusiasm, dedication, and continued growth are a wonderful reminder of how meaningful employment creates life changing opportunities.
