Living a Well-Rounded Life

At Lambs Farm, we believe that a fulfilling life extends beyond work. That’s why we continue to build services that provide participants with opportunities to stay active, explore their creativity, and engage with their community in meaningful ways. Through fitness programs, Special Olympics training, enrichment classes, and arts programs, we offer a variety of experiences designed to promote independence, well-being, and joy.

The Importance of Integrated Wellness

Healthy Lambs

For those interested in fitness, our Healthy Lambs program provides a welcoming space to move, build strength, and develop healthy habits. Participants engage in cardiovascular and strength training exercises, guided fitness routines, and even health-focused activities around the Farm or in the community.

Special Olympics

For those with a competitive spirit, our Special Olympics program is a favorite. With over ten sports offered year-round—including basketball, softball, swimming, and track & field—participants train hard, build friendships, and experience the excitement of competition. Practices are held six days a week, and seasons often overlap to allow for continued growth and participation.

Recreation

Of course, staying active isn’t just about fitness—it’s also about having fun and connecting with others. Our recreation program provides a variety of opportunities to enjoy outings and social events. Participants might spend an evening at a Major League Baseball game, take in a theater performance, attend a car show, or set new personal fitness goals alongside friends. No matter the activity, the goal remains the same: to create experiences that enrich lives.

Exploring Passions Through Quest

Beyond physical activity, we recognize the importance of lifelong learning and creative expression. That’s where Quest and LF Studios come in.

Quest is a life enrichment program that encourages participants to explore new interests, develop skills, and engage with the world around them. Whether they’re baking, bowling, learning computer skills, horseback riding, or planning a travel experience, Quest provides opportunities to pursue personal goals. With a variety of unique creative and hands-on activities, participants can express themselves, discover new passions, and share their talents with others.

Our art studio, LF Studios, empowers participants of all skill levels to create, grow, and even sell their artwork. Whether they’re newcomers or seasoned artists, participants have the chance to explore their passion for art. You can purchase their work at the Dogwood Garden & Pet Center, Greenhouse, and Country Store & Bakery.

Enrichment

When retirement comes, participants stay engaged with interactive activities like yoga, crafts, and current events to help the mind, body, and soul.

Lambs Industries

With a highly trained workforce and a reputation for impeccable service, Lambs Industries is a trusted leader in packaging and assembly. Whether it’s hand assembly, packaging, sealing, or sorting, our participants take great care in their work, ensuring a fast turnaround without compromising quality.
