The men and women of Lambs Farm have been home for quite some time, but staff continually come up with ways to keep them busy, active and happy.
Many Participants have pursued new interests with their extra time. The Stone Apartment residents have become experts at using their cricut maker for art projects, and Participants in House 4 have enjoyed learning how to build and race their small sailboats.
The men at the Valley Park House have discovered a love for gardening after spending a majority of their time outside tending to their plants.
Ja’Don has kept a watchful eye on his beautiful zinnias and makes sure they get enough water every day. He loves seeing the bright colors bloom and grow as he learns how to care for them.
Other Participants have also taken advantage of the nice summer weather by learning how to fish at Lambs Lake, making ice cream in their front yard and playing lawn games. Several houses have also taken up tie-dying. They have had a great time trying out new color techniques and showing off their impressive designs.
