Lambs Farm Day with the Chicago Wolves

Join Lambs Farm families and friends for a day of fun at the Chicago Wolves Hockey game! Everyone will be seated together and will receive a free Chicago Wolves hat.

The registration below is for family members only. Participants will sign up with their case manager.

Deadline to register is February 9 or until we reach capacity (50 tickets available).
