Farmsgiving 2025: A Week of Celebrating Our Amazing Staff
This week at Lambs Farm, we celebrated one of our favorite traditions of the year: Staff Appreciation Week, also known as Farmsgiving! Each day was filled with surprises, treats, and heartfelt moments honoring the incredible team that makes our mission possible.
Monday
We kicked things off with a brand new selection of staff apparel featuring an exclusive Farmsgiving design. Staff also enjoyed a sweet treat from our friends at Lee Donuts to start the week on a cheerful note.
Tuesday
Staff put their knowledge to the test for Trivia Tuesday, answering Lambs Farm questions for the chance to win a $100 gift card. It was a fun and lively way to celebrate everything that makes our community special.
Wednesday
Our Farmsgiving festivities continued with Wizard of Oz Wednesday. Dorothy, Toto, Glinda, the Scarecrow, the Cowardly Lion, and even the Wicked Witch made a surprise visit to hand out colorful lollipops. One lucky staff member found a ruby-red star on their lollipop and earned an extra-special prize.
Thursday
For Thankful Thursday, our friends at Crepes a Latte served delicious milkshakes and smoothies to our hardworking staff. Everyone also received a free turkey to kick off the holiday season and remind them how grateful we are for all they do every day.
Friday
We closed out the week with a heartfelt celebration of staff anniversaries, honoring employees marking 5, 10, 20, and even 25 years of service at Lambs Farm. Their dedication inspires us all. The day also brought the grand finale of our trivia competition. Congratulations to Mashauna, our trivia champion. She walked away with a cash prize, a shiny crown, and a brand new title.
Farmsgiving is more than just a week of fun. It is a chance to reflect on the incredible people who make Lambs Farm a place of growth, joy, and community. We are truly grateful for every member of our team and the difference they make each day.
