Pick Up Request Form
Please fill out the form below to complete your pick up request. A Lambs Farm staff member will contact you within 1 business day to confirm if your order can be completed. All requests must be submitted two weeks prior to your desired pick up date.
*Terms & Conditions
- Once your pick up order is approved, a Lambs Farm staff member will contact you to obtain payment.
- Orders must be picked up in their entirety at approved desired pick up time and date.
- Any order not picked up within 3 business days of confirmed pick up time will incur a 3% holding fee.
- Any order not picked up within 5 business days of confirmed pick up time will incur a 10% restocking fee and will be cancelled.
