Puppies & Pilates

This unique event blends the calming flow of Pilates with the playful energy of adorable rescue puppies. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, this fun-filled session is perfect for all fitness levels. Club Pilates instructors will guide you through a series of stretches and strengthening exercises while puppies run around the space, adding endless joy to your practice.

Event Details:
Session One: 10am-10:45am
Session Two: 11:15am-12:00pm
Age Limit: 7+ years
