Recreation Specialist

Responsibilities include preparing and teaching classes, leading recreational activities, monitoring Participants and managing assigned tasks. Must be able to drive 15 passenger vans to and from program activities. Must have the ability to physically train and assist persons in sports and fitness activities. Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in wellness, recreation, physical education, leisure services, therapeutic recreation, exercise science in the field of developmental disabilities required. Must have a valid Illinois driver’s license with a good driving record.
